Our STEAM Olympics Day Camp on Friday, March 20, 2026 invites kids to host their very own STEAM Olympics. Campers will work in teams to design, build, and code solutions for a series of hands-on robotics, engineering, and coding challenges inspired by Olympic sports.

Through friendly competition and collaboration, kids will explore electronics, programming, creative problem-solving, and teamwork using tools such as Arduino, Micro:Bit, SAM Labs, iPads, and computers.

What Kids Will Do

Arduino Heart Monitor

Kids will create and code their own heart monitor using Arduino, then test and analyze their heart rate during different physical activities—connecting science, health, and technology.

STEAM Curling Challenge

Using limited materials and a time constraint, campers will design and build curling stones. Teams will test their designs by competing in a curling match against other groups, refining their builds through trial and error.

Smart Basketball Hoop

Campers will design and code a smart basketball hoop that tracks shots and scores. Teams will then put their creations to the test in a mini basketball tournament.

Olympic Torch & Opening Ceremony

Kids will create a light-up Olympic torch and country-themed decorations, combining circuitry, crafting, and creativity for a STEAM-powered opening ceremony.
