Movie Lab explores how movies inspire innovation.
Each day, campers dive into a different film genre or iconic movie theme — from sci-fi adventures and fantasy worlds to animated classics and action-packed storytelling.
But this isn’t just about watching movies.
Campers will recreate movie magic through technology, engineering, art, and digital design.
From building robotic creatures inspired by sci-fi films to designing immersive fantasy worlds in 3D software, students discover how storytelling and technology work together to bring ideas to life.
This is where imagination meets innovation.
Throughout the week, students will:
Build robotic creatures inspired by sci-fi films
Design fantasy environments using digital tools
Code interactive scenes and game-style movie moments
Create props and physical builds for storytelling
Experiment with basic filming and digital production
Develop concept art and world-building designs
